About Shadoc

Shadoc is an online platform for signing documents electronically, alone or with multiple signatories, then storing, sharing and certifying them, with operations secured on a blockchain. It follows a 'What You See Is What You Sign' approach, letting each signatory review the document and any previous signatures before signing, and needs no installed software or dedicated hardware, so users sign from any device. The service is aimed at companies and individuals in Tunisia and is presented as cheaper than legalised handwritten signatures.

Shadoc is developed by Sirat Edition, a spin-off of the company SIRAT, founded in 2020 by Amal Torkhani, Amal Selami and Zakaria Karim Makni in Tunis. It holds Tunisia's Startup Act label, granted in March 2020, and lists a team of 2–10 people on LinkedIn.
