About LegalTech

LegalTech is a Tunisian platform for monitoring legal announcements. Subscribers can search more than a million notices published in the Official Journal (JORT), the national business register (RNE), customs, courts, regulators and newspapers such as La Presse, Le Temps and Assabah, covering company formations, notices, convocations and judicial acts. Users create alerts on specific criteria and receive them in real time, can request online assistance from a legal professional, and can use the company's debt collection service.

LegalTech is based in Tunis and was founded in 2022 by Maher Chafii, Ahmed Battikh and Mourad Chafiaa. It holds Tunisia's Startup Act label, granted in May 2022, and operates in French and English.
