How is the funding amount determined?
Amounts shown are the disclosed USD equivalent at the time of announcement. Where the round was denominated in local currency, we convert using the exchange rate on the announcement date.

What does 'undisclosed' mean?
Some startups announce that they've raised capital without revealing the exact amount. These rounds are recorded as 'undisclosed' and are included in deal counts but excluded from capital totals.
