About Verte Tower

Verte Tower builds solar-powered vertical hydroponic farming systems in Ghana. Its towers grow greens, tomatoes and onions year-round using less water and space than open fields, and its AI-powered systems are designed for small urban plots. Some installations also act as solar energy centres that power local devices. The systems are engineered locally.

Verte Tower is based in Accra and launched in 2024. It has entered the TotalEnergies Startupper of the Year Challenge and joined the UNICEF StartUp Lab Ghana 2025 cohort.
