About Tradeflow

Tradeflow is a South African software platform that automates purchasing for hospitality businesses. Restaurants, bars, cafés and venues place digital orders with their beverage and stock suppliers through one system, while invoice capture and matching, POS integration and spend reporting replace manual admin. On the supply side, distributors, wholesalers and producers receive orders and payments through the same platform, giving them a digital channel into hospitality buyers.

The company integrates with Pilot POS, Micros SA and Xero and lists more than 2,000 available SKUs. It claims a 90% reduction in admin time and around R8,500 in monthly savings for a typical venue. Customers and partners named on its site include Liquor City, Spur Steakhouse, Truth Coffee, Si Cantina, Lumo Lounge & Living and Talking to Strangers.

Tradeflow sells to venues and suppliers on a B2B basis and is built specifically for South African hospitality. In October 2026 it was selected for the Google for Startups Accelerator: South Africa 2026 cohort, a three-month programme for 15 AI-focused startups that ends with a Demo Day in December 2026. Founders, founding year and head office have not been published.
