About Optimalogistic
Optimalogistic is a digital logistics platform that connects businesses with transport companies to fill empty space in trucks and lower the cost of moving goods by road. Through its site, customers request pallet transport on demand or by grouping, refrigerated transport for food and pharmaceutical products, truck rental across vehicle classes from minivans to semi-trailers, and storage and transit services. It also sells a cloud-based transport management system for fleet, driver, expense and revenue tracking. The company operates from Tunis with office hours covering Algiers and Tripoli, and has expanded into the Algerian market.
Optimalogistic was founded in 2019 by Maher Chakroun and Omar Boukedi. It won Seedstars World Tunis in 2018, went through Flat6Labs Tunis, and holds Tunisia's Startup Act label (February 2020).
