About MOVA

MOVA (Made To Move) is an all-access movement and wellness membership for Cape Town. Members use one app to discover and drop into more than 50 handpicked gyms and boutique studios, from yoga and pilates to boxing and HIIT, with schedules for hundreds of weekly classes in one place.

Members book, cancel and reschedule in the app, with easy cancellations and credit rollover, and choose from membership levels. Every studio is curated for quality. The app is available on Android and iOS. MOVA was founded in South Africa in 2025.
