Giddaa is a Lagos-based property technology company making it affordable, accessible and secure for Nigerians at home and abroad to buy homes in Nigeria. Buyers browse houses and estates and purchase through options including outright payment, payment plans, mortgages, the National Housing Fund, rent-to-own and M-REIF.

Professionally trained agents guide buyers at each step, and the platform includes a mortgage calculator and shows prices in several currencies. Its message to buyers is that property protects wealth better than cash. Giddaa was part of the African Impact Initiative delegation to GITEX 2026.
