About Eat & Fit
Eat & Fit is a web and mobile platform offering personalised diet meal plans delivered to customers' homes every day. Plans are built around each person's metabolism, lifestyle and goal, whether weight loss, muscle gain, lean cutting or general wellbeing, with an option for intermittent fasting. A chef prepares all meals in collaboration with a nutritionist who follows the customer throughout the programme, menus change weekly, and subscriptions can be paused for travel or unplanned dinners.
