About Clause AI

Clause AI is a legal technology product for drafting contracts under South African law. Users describe the contract, the parties and the commercial context, answer targeted intake questions and approve an outline. Clause AI then produces a structured contract that they refine with AI edits, redlines and clause-level review controls before saving, signing and exporting it as a PDF.

Users can also start from a template or upload a reference agreement instead of a blank page, and the company describes its contracts as lawyer-reviewed. Clause AI publishes its pricing online and is based in Sandton.
