About Boolean

Boolean is a Lagos-based company that builds and runs a portfolio of digital products for African professionals. Its products include Biometary for identity verification, Remote4Africa, a job board connecting African talent with remote work, CVHack, an AI-assisted CV and cover-letter builder, and Skoola, a platform for educators and creators to sell courses and run live classes.

Boolean was founded in 2020 by Paul Eze, its CEO, and Andrew Eze, its CTO. It launched Biometary and CVHack in 2022 and Remote4Africa in 2023. In 2025 it relaunched CVHack with AI features and introduced Skoola. The company sells mostly to individual professionals, with identity verification also aimed at businesses.
