About B_Act Labs
B_Act Labs is a Nairobi-based company building what it calls a behavioural intelligence layer for AI. Its systems sit between AI models and users, analysing and shaping AI behaviour at the point of interaction, on the premise that AI tends to fail on behaviour rather than intelligence.
Its first product, the Nyeti API, evaluates customer support conversations and turns customer messages into five behavioural signals plus response guidance. Support teams and AI workflows use it to spot urgency, risk and issues that were marked resolved but did not actually land with the customer. The API is in closed beta, with documentation, a workspace and an application process for early users.
