About Wuchi Wami
Wuchi Wami is a wholly Zambian-owned producer of raw, organic, single-origin Miombo honey and beeswax. It buys honey from rural beekeepers organised in cooperatives across North-Western Province, then processes, packages, brands and distributes it to retailers such as Choppies and to food manufacturers in Zambia and Southern Africa. Its outgrower scheme supplies modern top-bar hives and training to smallholder farmers, and the company won a 2021 SEED Climate Adaptation Award.
