About WeFix
WeFix is an online repair service and refurbished appliance retailer in Tunisia. Customers book a repair appointment online for phones, washing machines, fridges, dishwashers, ovens, coffee machines and other household devices, receive a quote, and a technician visits within 48 hours; repairs carry a six-month guarantee. The company also sells refurbished appliances and phones with accessories, estimates the value of used phones, and collects out-of-service devices so they can be given a second life. It operates from a central workshop in La Marsa, Tunis.
WeFix was founded in 2021 by Sabri Cheriha. It holds Tunisia's Startup Act label (February 2022) and took second place in the International Grand Prize of the 14th Orange Social Venture Prize.
