About Velocity
Velocity is a labour-mobility company launched in Kenya in June 2025 by Lalit Kumar, Siddharth Gusain and Betty Chelangat. It runs a roughly 10-month online programme, taught by Kenyan nurses working in Germany, that takes qualified nurses to B2 German and links them with German hospitals through placement partners. Employers pay the training and placement costs, and learners pay a refundable commitment fee.
