About TalentX Africa

TalentX Africa is a Lagos-based company building tools for Africa's creator economy, starting with financing. Its first product is a film financing marketplace that connects creatives with investors and uses structures intended to reduce the risk of funding creative projects.

Investors browse projects such as feature films, documentaries and books, see how much of each budget has been reserved and invest in titles they back. TalentX partners with financiers, production and distribution companies, and states a mission to build a global platform for discovering and financing African content. It has two to ten staff.
