Runner
OperatingPlatform for hiring, background-checking and reporting domestic workers such as cooks, nannies and drivers
About Runner
Runner helps households in Nigeria hire domestic workers they can trust. Customers choose a role such as cook, nanny, driver or cleaner, meet a shortlist of vetted candidates and hire with a traceable work record. The platform also offers background verification reports within 24 hours and a way to file incident reports against workers.
Formerly known as Homerunner, the company started with home services covering chores, repairs and staffing. It is based in Lagos, and job seekers can also sign up to find work through the platform.
