About Rootmail

Rootmail is an email platform that brings together every email a business sends: transactional messages such as order confirmations and password resets, newsletters and campaigns, and the replies customers send back. It uses one system, one contact list and one sending address, and records what happened to each message.

For companies that send on behalf of their own customers, each customer gets its own sending domain, suppression list and reputation score, and Rootmail throttles a sender that is going wrong before it harms others. Businesses can keep their existing provider or let Rootmail deliver. The Lagos-based product is in invite-only closed beta.
