About RentPay Uganda
RentPay Uganda is a Kampala-based proptech platform that automates rent collection, instalment plans and reporting. It serves landlords, property managers, agencies and tenants in Uganda.
Tenants can pay rent by mobile money, through the web or by dialling USSD code *284*59#, while landlords receive funds instantly, track occupancy and income, and let the system send payment reminders. The platform supports flexible rent instalments and is powered by Stanbic FlexiPay. RentPay reports a team of between 11 and 50 people. A demo video is available on its website.
