About Recrute.mu
Recrute.mu is a Mauritian recruitment platform that combines a job board with an applicant tracking system. Its AI engine, MUNA, analyses candidates' technical skills, work experience and qualifications to match them with job offers, looking beyond keywords to the context and relevance of each profile.
Every candidate receives a transparent compatibility score built on three axes: professional experience, technical skills and soft skills, which helps recruiters prioritise applicants and shows job seekers where they fit. The platform serves both employers and job seekers in Mauritius. Its website is in French, and LinkedIn lists a team of two to ten people.
