About NYLOS

NYLOS is an Addis Ababa-based software company whose main product, NYLOS Payroll, handles staff pay, tax and pension under Ethiopian law. It applies Ministry of Revenue and ERCA rules and the 1156/2019 Labour Proclamation on each payroll run to reduce errors that lead to penalties and audits.
