About Naran
Naran is a UAE-based mobility financing and fleet infrastructure platform founded in 2025 by former Yango executives Bayaskhalan Alexeev and Alexander Gubarev. It buys cars and motorcycles directly from manufacturers and provides them to independent ride-hailing and delivery drivers on rent-to-own contracts of 12 to 60 months, with in-house software for onboarding, payment scheduling, telematics and maintenance. Demand comes through partnerships with Yango and inDrive. Naran operates fleets in Colombia, Peru, Senegal and Cote d'Ivoire, with Paraguay and MENA next, and plans to offer its fleet-management stack and asset-backed debt to third-party fleet operators. In August 2026 it raised $10 million in equity and debt from Landel.
