About Maskh Nigeria Limited

Maskh Nigeria Limited is an indigenous Nigerian infrastructure and renewable-energy company, incorporated in 1991, that has moved from civil and electrical engineering, grid extension and construction work for federal and state agencies into developing and operating solar mini-grids. It runs 14-15 mini-grid sites in Bauchi and Kaduna states (about 480 kW, roughly 3,000 customer connections) under programmes including the Nigeria Electrification Project, the AfDB minimum-subsidy tender and the UNDP Africa Minigrids Programme, and in 2026 secured $4M from All On and Energise Africa, with REA results-based support, to build 19 further mini-grids in Jigawa and Bauchi. It has also been proposed for IFC's DARES platform for up to 24 additional sites. Offices in Abuja (Central Business District) and Bauchi.
