Skilled individuals and talented young persons are rich in potential but most of the time they have no access to address their finders. For that matter the function of this application is to be a bridge for those considered people and for their finders. In many cases since some professionals are essential for particular service for some period of time, we may not get them easily as soon as we want them. We look for them for some reason not for permanent work activity. Because of that, we would like to call them casually in a term or as the duration of a project require for them.
