About Lemu

Lemu is a Nigerian fintech that offers a business banking platform for small and medium-sized companies. Businesses use it to collect payments through NFC tap-and-go and QR codes, automate salary payments with tax deductions, and track their finances through analytics dashboards. The platform was designed to cut transaction times and costs, especially for micropayments at the point of sale.

Lemu works in partnership with Safe Haven Microfinance Bank, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria, and is free to start. Its website reports more than ₦100 million in transaction value across over 2,000 transactions and more than 100 businesses. The company is based in Jos and lists a team of two to ten people.
