About LandLedger

LandLedger Technologies is an Accra-based company building what it calls Ghana's first tokenised property platform. Investors can own a share of prime Ghanaian real estate from as little as GHS 2,500 (about $250), without dealing with agents or land guards.

The platform targets both local and diaspora investors and emphasises secure, transparent ownership. LandLedger says it is grounded in Ghanaian law and engaging proactively with regulators to align with regulation. At the time of collection it was taking sign-ups for early access through a waitlist ahead of launch.
