JuaFlow

JuaFlow is a Kenyan software startup building an AI layer that connects customer conversations to business operations. The product ingests messages from WhatsApp, web chat, email and other channels, interprets them, and triggers downstream actions such as answering support queries, qualifying leads, taking bookings and completing operational follow-ups in real time. It presents these flows in a dashboard for business owners.

The company positions itself as AI for small and medium-sized enterprises that handle most customer contact over messaging apps but lack the staff to act on every conversation. Site metadata names Pheneas Munene and John Maina in connection with the company, though roles have not been published. Founding year, head office, pricing and funding have not been disclosed, and the product appears to be at an early stage.

In October 2026 JuaFlow was selected to pitch at the inaugural AI Academy Kenya Pitchathon in Nairobi, hosted by Meta and the accelerator This Is Digital to mark the launch of their partnership. Two winners receive US$5,000 in equity-free funding, Meta advertising credits and an invitation to pitch at Meta's Regional AI Summit in Istanbul on 24 November 2026.
