About Jollofa
Jollofa is building an operating system for Africa's restaurant businesses. The planned platform brings procurement, point of sale, delivery aggregation, finance, HR and compliance into one product designed around how African restaurants operate.
The product has not launched yet. The company, based in Lagos, is running a countdown and waitlist and says more than 500 operators have signed up, with restaurants in Lagos, Accra and Abuja among its early interest. Operators can register their interest on the site and will be notified when the product goes live. The company says it will not send spam to people on its list.
