About Jaem Net

Jaem Net is a Nairobi-based billing and management system for internet service providers. It automates billing for hotspot, PPPoE and static plans with real-time usage tracking and invoicing, and lets operators track payments and monitor customer accounts.

The platform also monitors network performance, manages routers remotely and generates reports, while centralising user profiles, tracking subscriptions and sending automated notifications. Plans start from KSh 1,000 a month, and ISPs can register and log in directly on the website. Jaem Net positions its product as a way for small ISPs to run more efficiently.
