Forti Foods
OperatingShelf-stable, kitchen-free meal system that lets organisations feed large teams in remote and infrastructure-limited sites.
About Forti Foods
Forti Foods is a Lagos-based food-tech company that helps organisations feed large teams without building or running kitchens. It replaces traditional catering infrastructure with a standardised system of fortified, shelf-stable meals designed for remote, mobile and resource-constrained environments where power, gas and water supply are unreliable.
The company says its meals keep for 12 months without refrigeration and require no cooking infrastructure on site, and it sells to enterprise clients through demos and case-study-led engagements. Forti Foods was founded by Nigerian-born Adenike Adekunle and is backed by Antler. Its legal headquarters sits outside Africa, while its operating base is in Lagos, Nigeria.
