Fixxr is a South African car maintenance marketplace. Car owners and businesses compare quotes from verified mechanics, then book either a mobile mechanic who comes to their home or office or a vetted workshop nearby. The platform shows upfront prices and real customer reviews, and covers services such as car servicing, diagnostics, brakes, batteries, belts and air conditioning across major car makes.
Fixxr also runs a programme for mechanics who want to join its network and receive jobs. The startup was part of the 2024 cohort (Class 8) of the Google for Startups Accelerator Africa.
