About Fixa

Fixa is an HR and employee benefits platform built for Africa's frontline and blue-collar workforce. Employers use it to register workers and validate their KYC, generate RSSB social security numbers, track attendance for shifts and tasks, and manage pay and benefits for large casual workforces.

The Rwandan company grew out of an on-demand staffing platform through which it has managed more than 15,000 frontline workers. Fixa was selected for the third cohort of the Visa Africa Fintech Accelerator in 2024.
