Opportunity INI

Opportunity INI is a talent-matching platform in Kigali, Rwanda, that connects job-ready candidates with employers. Job seekers create talent profiles, build CVs with a CV studio tool, search verified job opportunities and use application tools to apply quickly.

Employers can advertise jobs, distribute postings across communities, manage a talent pool and use the platform's recruitment services to find candidates. Pricing is published on the site, and both companies and job seekers sign in to the same platform. The platform is designed to make hiring faster for companies and to help candidates find, prepare for and apply to jobs in one place.
