About ExamsTutor
ExamsTutor builds AI tools for secondary schools. Its main product, Viva, gives each student a two-minute spoken check on homework they have just submitted: it reads the work, asks two or three questions about what the student wrote, and records the spoken answers. Teachers receive the recording, a transcript and an understanding signal, and decide what it means. It runs over WhatsApp or inside a school's learning management system and writes back to the gradebook.
The company completed the Founder Institute Lagos programme in 2025, when it was described as an offline AI tutor for exam preparation.
