About EV.Tech

EV.Tech SA is an Abidjan-based electric-mobility company described as the first Ivorian firm dedicated exclusively to EV charging solutions. It designs, installs and maintains charging stations and operates NEO, a multi-operator national charging network accessed through the NEO Charging mobile app, which lets drivers locate stations, check real-time availability and pricing, and pay via mobile money. Founded in 2023 by Florent Thomas and Esther Dagri, it had about 70 charging stations across Côte d'Ivoire at the time of Enko Capital's September 2026 investment, with earlier backing from Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P).
