About Céytu

Céytu lets patients in Senegal book a doctor and consult remotely from WhatsApp, with no app to install. Users send a keyword to Céytu's WhatsApp number and a bot guides them through specialty, city, doctor and time slot, then sends a payment and consultation link. It works in Wolof and French and accepts Orange Money and Wave.

The service also offers health subscriptions and integrates coverage from Senegal's universal health scheme (CMU). Céytu says it lists more than 75 verified doctors across 13 specialties in 12 cities, and has a space for professionals. It is based in Dakar with two to ten staff.
