Botlhale AI builds conversational AI for African languages. Its Vela platform turns contact-centre conversations into analytics, automatically evaluating agent performance, surfacing trends and pain points, and handling conversations in multiple African languages, with a human-in-the-loop option. Its multilingual speech APIs let developers add voice features in Setswana, isiZulu, Xitsonga, isiNdebele, isiXhosa, Tshivenda and South African English, among others, through an API playground. The company serves businesses that want to deliver customer experiences in their customers' own languages and is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
