Aqar Exit is an Egyptian real-estate platform for installment units. Buyers who can no longer keep paying instalments can transfer their purchase contract to a new buyer: the seller recovers the amounts already paid in cash, and the new buyer takes the unit at its original contract price. In October 2026, businessman Ayman Mamdouh Abbas, executive chairman of Intro Holding Group, acquired a 10% stake for $200,000 (EGP 10 million), reported to value the company at about $2 million (EGP 100 million).
