About Alya

Alya is a Casablanca-based buy-now-pay-later service for Moroccan consumers. Shoppers choose Alya at checkout, online or in-store at a partner brand, pick a plan of 2, 3 or 4 payments and complete the purchase in seconds. Instalments are charged automatically on dates known in advance, with no fees and no interest for the customer; the service is funded by the partner merchants, whom Alya pays as soon as a purchase is confirmed.

The company serves both clients and merchants, with its site available in English, French and Arabic, and reports 10,000 customers. Alya was founded in 2023 by Brahim Zaid and is a Technopark Maroc tenant in Casablanca.
