Activ is a Lagos-based company building an AI-driven platform that turns Africa's news and media into actionable intelligence. It monitors news and media conversations across the continent so brands, agencies and media organisations can understand how they are perceived.

Customers use the platform to protect their reputation, spot opportunities and uncover blind spots in how they show up across Africa's digital and media channels. At the time of collection, Activ was offering early access through a waitlist, where prospective users select their country to sign up, and it was also inviting participants to join its research. The product targets communications, marketing and media teams that need a continent-wide view rather than a single-country media monitoring service.
