About XenFlex

XenFlex is an Accra-based company building what it describes as Ghana's first earned wage access platform. It gives salaried workers instant access to wages they have already earned before payday, positioned as not a loan, with no interest and no debt.

Workers use a smartphone app or USSD on any phone, and employers partner with XenFlex to offer the benefit to staff. The company argues that the problem for many workers is timing rather than income. At the time of collection XenFlex was preparing to launch in Ghana in 2026 and was inviting employer partners and investors.
