About TandPay

TandPay is a Kigali-based software platform for social-commerce transactions in Rwanda. Buyers pay with MTN MoMo or Airtel Money, sellers deliver the goods, and payment is released to the seller only after delivery is confirmed, with payment status verified through the payment provider.

Sellers get storefronts and a protected checkout, and buyers need no app download. TandPay works through a payment partner and does not hold customer funds itself. The company is a registered Rwandan business, publishes its pricing and FAQs, and marks the service as launching soon.
