About Stars From All Nations
Stars From All Nations (SFAN) is an Accra-based human capital development company that prepares African talent for careers and entrepreneurship by combining practical education, technology, employer intelligence, and community events.
Founded on September 20, 2013, and formally incorporated in 2016, SFAN has grown from a student-led initiative into a programmes and technology growth system that connect learning to measurable economic outcomes.
ReadyforWork is SFAN’s flagship technology platform and an adaptive human capital development system. It uses labour-market intelligence to help learners build and demonstrate relevant capabilities, while enabling institutions and employers to make more informed talent-development and hiring decisions.
Since 2013, SFAN’s programmes, events and partnerships have impacted over 100M young people, helped create over 1,750 jobs and helped unlock $1.5 million for student entrepreneurs. Within that wider record, ReadyforWork has supported 226 learners across seven pilot cohorts, recording 95% placement within nine months and 98% participant satisfaction.
