About Stacks Stablecoin Engine

Stacks Stablecoin Engine (SSE) is a platform for issuing and managing regulated digital assets, including stablecoins, tokenized bonds and treasury bills, commodity receipts, digital payments and programmable settlement. It provides modular primitives for vaults, collateral, liquidation and stability that issuers wire together instead of rebuilding, with compliance, zero-knowledge auditable privacy and programmable execution built in. The platform supports seven asset classes and 24/7 settlement windows.

SSE targets financial institutions, with an initial deployment in MENA and examples including an eEGP stablecoin pegged to the Egyptian pound. The product is at version 0.9 with an audit and a sandbox license in progress. Founded in Cairo in 2026, it is registered on EgyptInnovate, the TIEC/ITIDA startup directory.
