About ParlexAI

ParlexAI builds Arabic-language voice and conversational AI for banks, financial institutions and fintech companies across the Middle East and North Africa. Its platform combines speech technology, conversational AI, workflow automation and analytics, and is tuned to understand Egyptian and other Arabic dialects. Banking use cases include customer service, identity verification, fraud prevention and debt collection, delivered as AI agents that work alongside existing contact-centre and onboarding systems.

In June 2026 ParlexAI joined NVIDIA Inception, which gives it compute, tooling and investor access to develop proprietary Arabic language models. In late September 2026 it was accepted into the sixth cohort of the Visa Africa Fintech Accelerator, a three-month hybrid programme launched in Accra with 21 fintechs from nine African countries, ending in an Investor Week and Demo Day.
