MedTrack is a health information system that connects patient health records to national biometric IDs such as the Ghana Card. It gives clinics, hospitals, labs and pharmacies electronic health records, e-prescribing and dispensing, lab information management and APIs for interoperability, so clinical data follows patients across care points.
