About Logistify AI
Logistify AI is a managed AI service for supply chain and finance teams at manufacturers and distributors. It enters customer orders arriving by WhatsApp, email, PDF, voicemail, paper scan or SMS into the client's ERP, matches customer payments to open invoices and follows up on open purchase orders until suppliers commit to a date. Orders pass through review and approval queues before reaching systems such as QuickBooks, with a human team handling exceptions.
The company was founded in Kampala, Uganda in 2019 by Daniel Emaasit, Tobias Tukei and Cristian Arteaga, starting as an on-demand warehousing marketplace before moving to AI order automation. It is now registered in the United States as Logistify AI Inc. and is backed by DFS Lab and Launch Africa Ventures.
