About KhamiPay

KhamiPay is a cloud payroll platform for Zimbabwean businesses, including SMEs and NGOs. It runs multi-currency payroll in ZiG and US dollars, calculates PAYE in line with ZIMRA rules, prepares NSSA P4 exports and produces employee payslips, all from the browser. Tax tables are updated automatically as regulations change.

The product targets companies moving off legacy desktop payroll systems, and most businesses complete setup in under a day without a migration consultant. Setup involves adding the company profile, tax registration number and payroll periods. The service uses bank-grade encryption and supports multiple employees from one account.
