About Imfonin

Imfonin is an online visual archive for images of historic events, cultural turning points and other defining moments. Users upload photographs as albums, add context to each image, and share them, and the platform keeps them preserved and browsable so the record survives for future generations. Sign-up is free, with Google login, and anyone can browse the public archive.

Imfonin completed the Founder Institute Lagos programme in 2025, when it was described as a booking platform for finding photographers in Ghana.
