About Garabaly

Garabaly is a livestock marketplace for West Africa and the Sahel. Traders buy and sell cattle, sheep, goats, camels and poultry through an app that protects in-app payments with escrow and supports mobile money, card and wallet payments. Voice negotiation and offline-ready features suit traders with limited literacy or connectivity, and the app runs in English, French and Arabic.

The company is based in Mali and is starting with markets in Mali, Niger and Burkina Faso, where most livestock is still sold in cash and on trust. Garabaly is building in public.
